Plan a global rollout using validated document and language profiles.
Connect capture, processing and application review with a clear lifecycle.
Global market planning
The platform is designed for teams serving global markets. The current development SDK uses a limited set of document profiles. Universal coverage is not claimed, and the portal does not claim a verified language count. Confirm support for each target country, document generation, side and script before committing to a rollout.
Coverage assessment
Dimension
What to verify
Document generation
Printed layout, orientation and front/back content for the actual generation.
Language and script
Representative authorized samples covering the required scripts and numeral formats.
Machine-readable content
Presence, layout and consistency checks supported by the selected profile.
Image conditions
Normal light, glare, low light, motion blur and damaged-document cases.
Device and browser
Real camera resolution, autofocus, memory limits and permission recovery.
Edition
OCR evaluation and advanced authenticity qualification have separate evidence requirements.
Browser requirements
Use a maintained browser with WebAssembly, Web Workers, OffscreenCanvas and camera access. Remote capture requires HTTPS. Runtime preparation and the hosted demo are tested in Chromium; successful viewport tests do not establish physical iPhone or Android qualification. Verify Safari and each target mobile browser on real devices.
Request additional coverage
Create a project for the intended edition and environment.
Provide target markets, document generations, language requirements, device families and expected volume in a support request.
Use an approved secure process for any authorized samples. Do not attach identity information to ordinary support text.
Agree acceptance criteria and independently evaluate representative documents before release.
